  • Can I pick up?

    Of course you can, all orders are baked fresh to order. We do need at least 1-2 days for your order to be ready, orders placed late etc.  Some orders are available same day, due to current orders on hand.  

  • Can I place an order for a later date?

    You can specify a date using the 'Special Instructions' tab that pops up in our shopping cart. If you have detailed instructions you'd like to provide or would like to discuss further, feel free to email us at info@peterpiperspastryshoppe.com

  • What happens if my cookie is out of stock?

    If the cookie you ordered is out of stock or over sold, we will do our best to give you another option or anoher flavour ordered.

  • Where are you located?

We are locate at Kipling and Woodbridge Ave.

    • Can I get unbaked dough?

      We no longer offer unbaked dough.  Unbaked dough does not ship. 

    • Where do you deliver?
    We hand deliver local orders in the radius of our bake shop! Orders outside of our delivery radius will be shipped with one of our tracked shipping carriers.  Please contact your courier if there is any issues with your order. 
      • Can I get cookies shipped to me?

        We are offering Canada-wide shipping through Purolator, UPS, Fedex and more!  You can add in the cart your shipping day, orders ship Monday to Thursday, when you place your order. Please let us know what date works best for you!  A tracking number will be sent when your order is shipped.  Our transit time in the GTA is 12 - 24 hours.  All orders are freshly baked to order!

      • My order came damaged!

        We are not responsible for damages due to our shipment platform, it's a risk we all take in deliveries. All of our orders are carefully packed to ensure this doesn't happen. All damaged orders will be taken up with the company who handled the shipments.  Please contact your courier.

      • How do you ship the cookies?

        Our cookies are boxed in special packing to avoid cookies from breaking, or crushing during transportation. All of our box fillers are eco friendly, air pockets, paper or biodegradable packaging peanuts.

      • Cold shipments: are done using cooler bags, isolated packaging and ice packs.  This allows your order to stay cold during travel.   Packages will arrive ready to enjoy, refrigerate upon arrival and store cold overnight.   
      • Do you deliver gifts?

        YES! We'd love to be a part of your surprises, however please notify the receiver that there is something coming.  Our products are perishable and cannot be re-delivered. Please fill out the information to receive shipping updates and tracking information.

      • Storing Cookies

        We recommend placing our cookies in an airtight container after receiving them. They will stay fresh for 2-3 days. When ready to eat, simply let thaw out. Warm up in a microwave for a few seconds or place in the oven for a few minutes. Please allow cookie to slightly cool as the filling or chocolate will be hot!  

      • I have an Allergy!

        All of our cookies contain gluten, butter and eggs and are at risk of cross contamination with the many nuts.  At our facility we may come into contact with sesame seeds, nuts, dairy, gluten, and eggs. We do not use any pork or meat products, alcohol, or soy "butter" in any products.  *Please contact us if you're not sure!  info@peterpiperspastryshoppe.com

      • Refunds and Cancellation
      To cancel an order we required 24 hours notice ahead bake day.  Once your order has been baked, shipped or in transit we can not longer cancel or refund the order.   As all of our products are perishable we do not accept returns, or refunds after an order is been made.     If you ordered an item that is no longer in stock and request a refund there is a 20% restocking fee.   As your order stopped another customer from purchasing an item that is out of stock.
